Our core services encompass downsizing, packing, unpacking, organizing, staging, conducting estate sales, and space organization. We serve a diverse clientele, including seniors, hoarders, moving families, and couples going through a divorce. Learn more about us at

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our management team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Driving new business development. Building and maintaining professional relationships with referral partners. Participating in community events and trade shows. Crafting weekly Estate Sale Newsletters and Monthly CP Newslettrs Managing our social media presence. Overseeing our CRM system. Handling monthly reporting. Meeting with potential clients and developing personalized Statements of Work. Enhancing our brand presence. Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a compassionate listener, positive team player, and presents themselves professionally and kindly. Essential skills and qualities include:

Excellent listening abilities. Empathy and compassion. Respect for clients and their lifestyles. Strong business writing skills. Proficiency with Canva. Competence in MS Suite and other computer programs. Positive and professional phone etiquette. Presentation experience. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Personal transportation for travel within the Portland/Vancouver area. Alignment with our internal team values: Accountability, Authenticity, Empathy, Collaboration and Optimism Nice to Have

Experience in the senior industry. Familiarity with senior living communities. Proven success in marketing. Social media expertise. Our Culture:

At Changing Places, we work tirelessly to support clients during their transitions. We seek team members who are equally dedicated to helping others, radiate optimism, and believe in making workdays enjoyable. This position requires a home office setup and involves travel to events, client homes, and team gatherings. A travel stipend is available. Compensation will start hourly, with the potential to transition to a salary based on time commitment. The role is initially expected to require 25-32 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Wage range based on experience
