Responsibilities:

  • Support Facilities Team to assure Compliance requirements are met prior, during and after execution of field activities related to facilities performed on each contractor.
  • Responsible to manage all requirements in the Contractor Safety Program.
  • Provide inspection and monitoring support for the facilities activities and/or areas to assure Compliance on procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  • Review facilities SOPs to assure Compliance (procedure vs practice)
  • Audit Readiness
  • Review facilities documentation at random following statistical methods and report the results.
  • Based on the results, develop a Compliance improvement plan if necessary.
  • Perform internal audits and routine inspections of the areas managed by Mentor and sub-contractors.
  • Responsible to follow-up on trainings for all Mentor associates and sub-contractors.
  • Assist in the investigation process for events associated to: Pest Control, Facilities, EHS
  • Monitor and present Compliance KPIs in the Site Management Team meeting.
  • Responsible to provide Compliance Awareness to Mentor associates.
  • Participate in Compliance Awareness Discussions.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Sciences Preferred 5-10 years' experience in EHS and GMP in Manufacturing Environment and Utilities
