When they are successful, we are successfulJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually appealing and engaging content across various digital and print platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and delivering captivating designs that resonate with our target audience.Responsibilities:Create visually stunning and impactful designs for various marketing collaterals, including social media graphics, banners, email campaigns, presentation decks, website graphics, and print materials.Effectively Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of assets.Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and mediums, ensuring brand consistency and recognition.Design and optimize graphics for websites, landing pages, and other digital assets to enhance user experience and drive engagement for our development clients.Research industry trends and competitors' design strategies to ensure our designs remain fresh, modern, and ahead of the curve.Develop compelling content that effectively communicates key messages and brand values.Utilize various design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality graphics and layouts.Conduct quality assurance checks on all designs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.Stay updated on emerging design trends, techniques, and industry best practices, and share knowledge with the team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or creative setting.Proficient in design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a good understanding of typography, color theory, copywriting and layout principles.Experience creating designs optimized for various digital platforms, including social media and websites.Additional InformationOnce you become part of our amazing team of winners you'll enjoy:Competitive compensationComprehensive training to hone your skills at our headquartersMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance coverageShort- and Long-term disability insuranceGenerous time off with PTO and Holidays401(k) plan with company matchMentorship ProgramSocial gatherings and team building activitiesAccess to a weight room and gymLeadership workshops for personal developmentRecognition for our top performersPhilanthropy - a chance to give back to the communityJoin us at United Franchise Group - a global leader for entrepreneursApply todayAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
