What You’ll Do: Answer multi-channel inquiries about loan products and provide member as much resolution as possible. Reviews loan applications for accuracy; obtain credit reports, etc. and provide guidance on requested products, services, and financial matters. Explains terms and conditions including payment amounts/due dates, and interest rate. Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs. Open member accounts, resolve issues, and handle the member’s daily needs. **Full job description will be provided if you are selected for an interview. What We Need: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to effectively communicate Credit Union products and services. Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to proficiently operate a computer, calculator, and copier.
