Mission gnrale :

Garant de la relation commerciale sur les marchs qui lui sont affects, le Strategic Account Manager par sa connaissance du secteur dactivit et des mtiers dont il a la responsabilit, assure le dveloppement commercial des cibles prospects de Prodware.

Missions dtailles :

Prospection et couverture mtier

  • Dtecte de nouvelles opportunits et traite sans dlai tous types de leads sur ses marchs
  • Collecte les informations relatives aux prospects (digital, rseaux sociaux, sites professionnels).
  • Conception de la proposition commerciale & Rendez-vous commercial
  • Apprhende et matrise les processus globaux de lentreprise & des marchs stratgiques de Prodware.
  • Qualifie prcisment les besoins et les enjeux des prospects.
  • Gre lensemble des tapes du cycle de vente jusquau closing : sollicite les ressources Prodware la bonne tape, trouve les leviers pour raccourcir le cycle de vente, soumet toutes ides susceptibles de nous diffrencier des comptiteurs par sa connaissance des mtiers et marchs.
  • Coordonne la construction de la rponse et labore loffre commerciale en collaboration avec les quipes avant-vente, delivery et partenaires.
  • Organise, planifie et coordonne la prparation et anime les sessions de soutenances en collaboration avec les quipes avant-vente, delivery et partenaires.
  • Contribue activement au closing des affaires, avec le soutien des managers si ncessaire, dans les meilleures conditions de marge pour Prodware.
  • Conduit les phases dargumentation et de ngociation financire, ainsi que la phase de ngociation contractuelle avec lappui de la Direction Juridique de Prodware.

Qualit

  • Respecte les processus ADV et Contrle de Gestion
  • Effectue la passation du projet entre le commerce / AVV et le delivery
  • Effectue le suivi commercial du projet, en lien troit avec le Directeur de Projet.
  • Assure les actions de recouvrement et gre activement les ventuels litiges clients aux cts du Directeur de Projet.
  • Procdures et Reporting
  • Applique la politique commerciale dtermine par la Direction (marge).
  • Sollicite son manager pour toutes demandes de drogation (marge, solvabilit, acompte, dlais de rglements, ).
  • Met tout en uvre, en relation avec son manager, pour atteindre ses objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs
  • Est le garant de la bonne tenue jour des outils de dveloppement de son business (CRM, contacts, pipe, opportunits).
  • Fournit des prvisions de vente ajustes court et moyen termes.

Veille mtier

  • Assure une veille concurrentielle active pour permettre Prodware de se diffrencier.
  • Suit lactualit professionnelle des mtiers quil porte afin didentifier des projets dvolution au sein des entreprises cibles.
  • Assure dexcellentes relations internes et externes (clients, diteurs, partenaires) et dveloppe plus particulirement les relations avec les quipes commerciales de Microsoft.
  • Dveloppe son rseau de prescripteurs afin de dynamiser son business.
  • Participe aux formations diteurs et obtient les certifications requises dans le cadre de sa mission.

Rfrencement

  • Assure un lobbying rgulier (type fdrations, syndicats professionnels, associations ).
  • Tisse un rseau relationnel auprs des prescripteurs, dcideurs et institutionnels voluant sur son march.]


Profil:

Profil Recherch :

  • De formation Diplmes : Formation suprieure de type cole de commerce, cole dingnieur ou formation universitaire quivalente.
  • Exprience significative dans la vente de solutions ERP, ou dans la vente de solutions logistiques et de Gestion de Production
  • Exprience dau minimum 3 ans dans la vente de projet dintgration.
  • La connaissance des ERP (et plus particulirement Microsoft Dynamics 365) est un plus
