Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner.
Assist patients with the registration process and verify/update their information.
Schedule appointments and manage the check-out process, including collecting payments and issuing receipts.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Monitor, and sort incoming faxes; Send outgoing faxes as directed.
Sort and deliver mail to appropriate staff.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the medical office services.
