  • Payroll Processing and handling accounts payable/receivable
  • Managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly tax payments
  • Assisting with contracting processes, submittals, manuals, and warranties
  • General administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and reporting
  • Communicating with clients and vendors professionally
  • Scheduling meetings and managing office supplies
Requirements:
  • 1+ years office administration experience
  • Experience in payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and tax payments
  • Familiarity with contracting processes and manuals, submittals, warranties
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
