Customer Service Representative - Grand Island, NE **Job Summary:** The Customer Service Representative - Grand Island is responsible for contacting consumers, gathering account information, and setting up payment arrangements. With exceptional customer service skills, you will communicate effectively with consumers over the telephone. Utilizing scripted openings, you will identify the consumer, the company, and request payment on the account. You will suggest payment sources for unpaid account balances, update customer records, and perform other assigned duties. This position is based in our Grand Island location and operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. **Compensation and Benefits:** - Up to $18 per hour, based on experience - Quarterly reviews for the first year with the opportunity to increase annual earnings by $2000 - Full benefit package, including 50k paid life insurance - Matching 401K program - Employee recognition and incentives - Continuous training and development opportunities **Qualifications:** To thrive in this role, you must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. As a Customer Service Representative, you will spend your work hours seated at a desk. The role involves making telephone calls, using a standard keyboard for typing, and reading and comprehending information from a computer terminal or written resources.
