JOB PURPOSE:
The Architectural Product Development position will focus on becoming the liaison to corporate marketing and will manage the brochure development process for DRB. This position will coordinate with outside resources to verify accuracy of architectural renderings and floorplans and partner with corporate marketing to apply color palettes to the finished product.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate various internal and outside resources to generate and maintain marketing brochures for DRB product line across all Divisions
- Work closely with the entire Product Development group on application of blueprint designs to customer facing marketing brochures
- Maintain and update schedules for brochure creation and maintenance
- Work with Corporate Marketing to help generate and apply color palettes to brochures
- Maintain on-line architectural filing system
- Other related duties as apparent or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong work ethic and positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Detail oriented.
- Work with cross-functional teams at corporate and divisional levels
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal formats
Education and Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; and,
- Knowledge of residential construction preferred,
- Comprehension of residential blueprints required,
- Proficiency in MS Office required, particularly word and Excel. CAD drafting, Graphic Design, and other related software is preferred, but not required
