Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from existing customers and provide top-tier service.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Present and recommend products and services tailored to customers' needs.
  • Retain customers by resolving concerns and offering the best possible solutions.

Target compensation is $68,000/year, with the potential to earn significantly more based on performance. Top performers make well over six figures annually Youll also have the opportunity to promote two levels within your first year with commensurate title and hourly pay increase.
