About the Role

Attain is seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in understanding user needs, analyzing product performance, and driving data-informed product decisions. You will work closely with our Product Managers and Data Teams to extract insights and provide recommendations to improve our products and overall business.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of data analyst experience ideally in startup environments in Ad Tech. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, etc. Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, etc. and other analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MixPanel, Pendo, LogRocket, Segment, etc) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and translate it into findings that drive product decisions. Proven ability to engage cross-functionally in a constructive and collaborative relationship. Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Partnering with Product Managers to analyze performance and identifying opportunities for the product by understanding data collected. Work with the Data Team to ensure all critical data is being collected for all products. Work with UX Researchers to gather and analyze customer feedback. Create clear and concise reports and presentations to share findings with stakeholders Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product analytics
