You will oversee daily operations in the pharmacy and work collaboratively with the front-end manager to ensure the customers, employees, and the store is well cared for. You will also supervise the pharmacy staff and balance staffing needs in line with profitability plans. You will ensure work is processed efficiently to meet pharmacy performance standards and embrace best practices. You will embrace Hometown Pharmacy's inclusion of health and wellness education when counseling and helping your patients. You entered this business to help patients and we have the tools and training to expand your role beyond dispensing prescription medications. Most importantly, you and your pharmacy team will work together to improve people's lives through education about prescriptions, nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep. COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIP We are looking for collaborative pharmacist partners to have a voice in maintaining and developing our great environment. STRONG TEAM We have a strong tech team with the majority of our patients on med sync to streamline the base dispensing process and to allow us to focus on more clinical services. A set day off during the week, some half day Saturdays and no Sundays along with lots of flexibility for time off requests. FUN AND REWARDING We continue to grow our clinical services. A pharmacist with us can either be involved directly in services themself or by freeing others. Services our pharmacy is involved in including proactive supplement education, micronutrient testing, hearing aid screening and fitting, health coaching and monthly group discussions, Medicare D plan consultation, MTM, CMR and WPQC services. PATH TO OWNERSHIP We serve many great communities that are very supportive of community pharmacy.
