The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager/Delivery Manager to lead our business critical projects, ensuring their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will exhibit a collaborative, proactive approach to their work and possess a keen ability to translate project requirements into transformative outcomes. This role will involve taking ownership of assigned projects, overseeing them from initiation to closure, and ensuring alignment with both client objectives and organisational goals.

What you will do:
  • Lead engagement with multiple stakeholders regarding all delivery components in scope
  • Identify and triage potential issues & devise strategy to tackle obstacles that pose a risk to the delivery programme
  • Leading the coherent delivery against the project plan
  • Creation and maintenance of programme artefacts
  • Establish, influence and manage stakeholders and their expectations at the most Senior levels
  • Lead internal and client reporting
  • Competent, timely and mature issue resolution
  • Proactive and judicious risk and decision management
  • Lead a passion within the company for delivering impactful solutions
  • Collaborate with an international team across the EU, US & Israel
  • Lead and manage stakeholders through the project life-cycle/transformational flow
  • Manage the day-to-day planning, tracking and reporting
What we're looking for:
  • Ability to lead transformational change within complex, large enterprises
  • Working with and inspiring excellent relationships with delivery partners, navigating a variety of company cultures
  • Strong experience and understanding of strategic and leading edge technology, particularly data and analytics
  • Technology curious and savvy
  • Highly skilled and certified in a variety of waterfall and Agile project management methodologies and programme management tools
  • Strong competence in creating and leading:
  • Governance and reporting structures
  • Stakeholder management
  • Requirements elicitation, definition and analysis
  • Scope definition, estimations and prioritisation
  • Scope & change management
  • Cost & budget management
  • Time management & progress reporting
  • Integration management
  • QA and test management
  • Highly effective meeting and workshop design and lead- your presence carries the room and ensures outputs deliver beyond expectations
  • Excellent people and delivery management
Ideal background:
  • Customer analytics, systems and/or data background
  • Experience as a Project / Delivery Manager at a technology/consulting company, delivering to enterprise clients
  • Experience in complex environments, and collaborative delivery partnerships
