Consistently maintain a pipeline of at least 30-40 prospects at all timesMaintain contact with Sales and Client Success regularly to solicit new business and be available as a consultant and professional resourceStrong knowledge of GSE/FHA/VA/USDA guides with NonQM and Jumbo a plus Partner with internal partners to monitor assigned accounts with a continual focus on innovating the customer experience and business processesHold clients accountable to minimum performance standards with the ability to represent the firm professionally despite the news being delivered.Coordinate with assigned Account Manager to develop account strategy and deliver growthAct as liaison to problem-solve between Clients, Capital Markets, and Operations Partner across the organization to cross-sell other Maxwell productsOur ideal candidate will possess strong skills such as:Executive level presence, who can also flex and interact across the client orgAn ownership mindset, constantly challenging the status quo and executing on Maxwell as a total solution for our clientsStrong developer of new partnerships and how to present Maxwell as a differentiatorEnergized by outperforming metrics and expectations set for them, never satisfied with "Average"Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business while also pursuing ways to nurture and grow current book of businessThrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment and adapt successfully in the face of ambiguityStrong internal partnership-building abilities, able to interact across the organization professionally Stellar organizational skills, attention to detail and can-do attitudeEmpathetic to the customer experience and able to flex to various audiencesStrong written/verbal communication and influencing skillsStrong knowledge of mortgage products, pricing strategies, and competitor positioningProvide exemplary service in all client interactions and communications; always uphold Maxwell Capital service standards and exercise good judgment.We would love the following experience:Minimum 8-10 years of related experience as a Wholesale Account Executive or Correspondent Sales ExecutiveCollege degree is strongly preferredAt least 10 years of prior mortgage industry experienceCOMPENSATION:The base salary for this role will be between $75-85K plus commission and will be determined based on experience and the industry standard within the Denver, CO market.
