We're looking for a Global Credit Manager to unify and enhance our credit operations. If you excel at improving processes, standardizing practices, and leading an energetic global team in credit & collections, we'd love to hear from you

What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement global credit policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Monitor and manage the company's credit exposure across various regions and markets.
- Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize credit terms and conditions.
- Lead a team of regional credit managers and analysts, providing guidance and support.
- Prepare and present comprehensive credit reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international credit regulations and standards.
- Negotiate with clients to resolve outstanding credit issues and disputes.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the credit management process.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is beneficial.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in credit management, with a focus on global operations.
- Strong understanding of international credit markets and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
