Business Development Manager (Sales)
Join our dynamic team at RestoPros of Northwest Indiana, a burgeoning start-up in the water mitigation industry. We specialize in providing top-tier water damage restoration services to residential and commercial clients. As a rapidly growing company, we're seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and cultivate lasting relationships with customers. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions. The Business Development Manager will report weekly to the VP of Sales and Marketing and provide ongoing updates for new business opportunities and existing business as well as market research on what the status of the territory is. Success will be rewarded and opportunities for upward mobility are available.
Generate leads and drive sales through proactive outreach efforts, including in-person cold calls and networking events.

Build and maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships

Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.

Understand the problems and challenges of clients, address those needs

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business

Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally

Set revenue targets and develop and execute a strategy to meet them

CRM tool management

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in in-person cold call sales preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities

Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services

3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role preferred

Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude

General Construction Experience

Restoration Experience

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Northwest Indiana Region.
