SafeHaven is seeking a Chief Philanthropy Officer.

This position is responsible for managing the organization's development department, including: major gifts, individual donors, private foundations, volunteer management, in-kind donations, communications, and marketing.

This position has significant responsibilities in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics, supervising staff, and collaborating with the rest of the agency at large. This position also has an individual fundraising goal.

SafeHaven values employees who are in line with the culture of the agency, including those who are curious, trustworthy, open communicators, flexible, and willing to be held and hold others accountable. Working in the domestic violence field can be hard - but we can do hard things.

The specific qualifications for this role are a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work experience in fund development and experience in a leadership capacity. CFRE preferred.
