Logo Brands is a family-owned business that has grown from a two-car garage to a leader in the collegiate and professional industry for sports-licensed products, currently sitting as the #1 licensee for hard good sports products.
We're growing, and we are looking for the right candidate to join our team as a receptionist and customer service representative. The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent ability to multi-task, focus on having a customer-first attitude, and is willing to step in and help where needed.
Responsibilities
This position will work with multiple departments and will focus on these areas:
•Field customer service inquiries and assist in solving customer issues
•Handle all customer service calls and emails for LogoBrands.com.
•Monitor all orders for LogoBrands.com and warranty account
•Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
•Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
•Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries, including mailing out tent parts and bills
•Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock for both our warehouse and office
•Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
•Handling any building issues with the landlord.
Requirements
Qualifications
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Positive attitude
•Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication
•Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
•Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
•Customer service attitude
•Excellent organizational skills and willingness to learn and grow.
•The ability to meet deadlines and a willingness to help where needed.
Education/Experience/Preferred Skills
•Ability to communicate succinctly and effectively through verbal and written communication
•Experience working in a customer service or receptionist role
•Knowledge of collegiate and professional sports teams a plus
