Our client is looking for a consultant to join their finance team This company is hiring a well rounded AP Analyst that is familiar with 3 way matching and Oracle. Ideally, the contract will extend and convert a top performer as there are potential company acquisitions in the future Join a global company and report directly to the Corporate Controller.

• LOCATION: 100% onsite in Fremont, CA
• SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 40 hours (some overtime during close)
• TYPE: 3 Month Contract (possible extension)
• PAY: $35.00+ Depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, obtain approvals, and process invoices from vendors or suppliers for goods and services.
• Verify invoice for accuracy, matching with purchase orders and contracts, and comply with company policies.
• Enter invoice details into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors, which includes payment upload to banking portal, processing wire requests.
• Process credit card transactions, and monthly reconciliations.
• Process employee expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Review and approve expense reports in Concur.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve payment inquires and discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile accounts payable, prepare monthly accrual journal entries and assist in month-end closing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the accounts payable process.
• Review and process daily timecards from manufacturing.
