Overview:

The Broker Placement Specialist supports the Private Client sales and service team members in the development of a profitable book business, specifically within the Private Client segment. The Broker Placement Specialist is responsible for delivering high quality service to internal and external clients, adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards, and consistently achieving or exceeding operational productivity and performance metrics.

How you'll make an impact:
    • Build relationships internally and externally to facilitate writing Private Client personal lines insurance submissions.
    • Provide efficient, timely, and accurate work output, supporting a true Private Client experience for our clients.
    • Initiate, execute and support prioritization, assessment, evaluation, quoting and policy issuance for risks in Personal Lines markets.
    • Support team members with unique expertise in carrier underwriting rules, requirements, and systems use.
    • Build relationships internally and externally to facilitate writing Private Client personal lines insurance submissions.
    • Provide efficient, timely, and accurate work output, supporting a true Private Client experience for our clients.
    • Initiate, execute and support prioritization, assessment, evaluation, quoting and policy issuance for risks in Personal Lines markets.
    • Support team members with unique expertise in carrier underwriting rules, requirements, and systems use.
    • Role model for high performance and Gallaghers shared values.
    • Organizes and prioritizes work with limited supervision.

About you:

Required: Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required. Insurance licensing required.

Preferred: Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.
