Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be expected to adapt in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate

willingness to learn new technology. The role requires ability to multitask and be a team player.

Responsibilities and Duties (included but not limited to the following):

  • Recruit high- quality talent related to IT security, infrastructure, support, operations
  • Be the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and requests
  • Monitor all incoming tickets and calls to service desk
  • Troubleshoot IT related issues remote or in person and escalated any unsolved issues
  • Image laptops (Windows OS and MacOS) and customize with company applications
  • Create runbooks
  • Onboard and offboard users on multiple platforms
  • Admin for the following systems: 365, Okta, Zoom, SharePoint, CrashPlan, Druva InSync, CrowdStrike, Mimecast, DocuSign
  • Support with conference room AV
  • Troubleshoot printers
  • Basic troubleshooting on Wired/Wireless networks
  • Troubleshoot both Windows and Mac systems

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in IT support position
  • Any certification such as CompTIA, ACMT, HDI, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Mac OS
  • Experience in the following systems: 365, Okta, Zoom, SharePoint, CrashPlan, Druva InSync, CrowdStrike, Mimecast, DocuSign
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Celito, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000 to $100,000 per annum.
