Position title

Experienced Territory Sales Manager - East Kent Description

Super exciting sales role available to join a successful and growing business. The position available is a field-based role in Kent. Reporting directly to

our Eastern Sales & Operations Manager, you will be required to visit all customers in your assigned territory to promote both our business and the premium brands we represent in a positive manner.
If you're currently in the Agricultural, Plant Machinery, HGV, or Automotive sector, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* The first point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
* Identify business opportunities within your territory
* Present our premium products and services to prospective customers
* Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
* Work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets
* Maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Regularly report on your sales results to your line-manager
Qualifications
* Influencing skills with the ability and confidence to convert enquiries to sales
* Excellent customer management skills to build long lasting relationships
* Focus and drive to continuously improve
* Energy and enthusiasm
* Professional and personable
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Job Benefits
* Working Hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
* The requirement to work Saturday mornings and additional hours for Harvest/Shows
* Competitive salary (to be discussed at interview stage) depending on experience
