Experienced accounts/business development manager
We are currently looking for an ambitious experienced accounts/business development manager with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience who is looking to make the next big step to secure their own financial future.
You will have ideally worked in practice for a number of years. You will be an individual with ambition who shares our core values of client focus, openness, pride and self improvement. You want to be involved in helping grow the practice and to build a new exciting office in Kings Hill. You will be heavily involvement in building a new team and all elements of creating a new office. You will want to be involved in the day to day strategy of the practice and be looking for directorship/ownership in the future. Our aim with you will be to build a strong boutique tax and business advisory practice which targets our niche markets and services businesses which are looking to grow with turnovers of between £500K to £50m. You will be looking for a practice where you have a genuine stake in the firm’s future both in what you say and do and also in what you earn and build.
The job is full-time . Remuneration package is based on experience but will be as a minimum market rate with a benefit package.
Hybrid working is available with a minimum of 3 day expected in the office per week.
Our firm has been around for over 30 years but we have a young management team who are keen to grow the practice and to make a real difference to our clients, our people and to themselves.
