Financial Prep Team Lead

We serve clients in over 40 national brands spanning the pizza, chicken, deli and health/wellness segments.Primary Responsibilities:Prioritize projects assigned by Financial Prep ManagerPrioritize team loads and projectsAssist in training new team membersProject managementProblem solving and error resolutionOther duties as assignedRequired Skills:Experience leading a team of 3-5 minimum5 years management experience preferredProficient in Microsoft SuiteInterest in learning new skills and platforms as needed for new projectsExcellent written and oral communication skillsMust be detail orientedSolid Data Entry SkillsRequired Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent3+ years' Financial Prep/Account Reconciliation experienceHR experience a plusStarting salaries and total compensation packages are determined individually, with factors such as educational achievement, work experience, skills, expertise, and training taken into consideration.The firm you'll be joining is a decidedly different CPA-led business advisory firm.
