Are you local to Santa Clarita, CA? Do you have FPA, Management for a public held manufacturing company? Join a growing company as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) playing a crucial role in the financial health and strategic planning of a company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a budget model from the ground up.
Be hands-on in developing and rolling out planning and forecasting data in the planning software.
Handle extensive FP&A duties, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.
Perform and oversee financial analytics and variance explanations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support the business.
Meet with business stakeholders to provide support for variances related to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasts.
Build and improve dynamic analytical models.
Support Capex planning and cash flow modeling.
Assist with systems integration and upgrades related to planning.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting. MBA and CPA (+)
5 years of experience in Corporate FP&A in manufacturing industry.
Forecast modeling experience for a
manufacturing-based business model.
Development of 3 year strategic plans and Board presentations.
Adaptive Planning expertise.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork.
