Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing:
  • Generate and process clinical study invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis related to study budgets, payments, and expenses.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders and assist in audits as required.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance:
  • Review and enhance existing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Special Projects and Support:
  • Provide analytical support for special projects involving clinical study payment data.
  • Assist in the setup of new study budgets, quarterly payments, and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on invoicing and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in automated accounting systems; experience with SAP Enterprise Software and Microsoft SQL Server preferred.
  • Experience in a clinical research or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
