Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including data security and privacy regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in both English Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required. Patience, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
