Description

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is currently hiring for a Rental Return Agent at our Salt Lake City International Airport Location. Our rental agents assist in the completion of customer transactions while providing superior customer service.

As the Rental Return Agent, you will be greeting customers when they return their rental car to our lot, ensuring a smooth and safe traffic flow. You will walk around the vehicle and look for damage, check mileage, fuel level, and close out contracts. You will be responsible ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting customer in expediting the conclusion of their vehicle rental experience and making them feel valued while they wait.

This description is not an all-inclusive description. Incumbent may be subject to additional tasks and responsibilities that management deems appropriate

ALL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES WILL RECEIVE:

  • Full benefits coverage available after 60 days of employment.
  • Accrue 4 hrs. of vacation per month payable after 90 days.
  • 10 days of vacation at 1st anniversary, plus two personal paid time off days.

Requirements
  • must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 6 months of experience in a customer service role
  • valid driver's license and a good driving record with previous driving experience
  • basic computer skills to enter information into our database
  • drug screening and a background check are a part of our hiring process


Salary Description

$15-$18/hr.
