We currently have an opening for a Product Data Analyst at our Home Office in Orlando, FL

.

Our product data analyst will leverage data to optimize various aspects of the website's performance and marketing efforts. By applying data analysis techniques to optimize website performance and marketing efforts, you will help drive growth and success for the marketing website and the business as a whole.

What You Will Do:

The successful candidate will perform a host of duties, including but not limited to:

Data Analysis

Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support Afterall.com’s product initiatives with data-driven recommendations. Collect analytical requirements, write database queries, and build automated reports for internal business stakeholders and external partners. Build a deep understanding of our products and becoming the de-facto expert on all analytics data collected. Work closely with engineers to define requirements for what analytics events need to be captured. Document requirements, develop and deliver both written reports with analysis and real-time dashboards. Work with publishing and design to document hypothesis/questions that we want to validate/answer. Take accountability to the quality of data coming out of our products. Think critically, test hypotheses, and leverage data to test and iterate on new product features and business strategies.

Communication & Teamwork

Work with a team of both technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn insight into action. Communicate the story behind the data to non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into results.

What We Require:

2-4 years of experience in an analytical role. BA/BS in quantitative field like statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in SQL, python, and Excel / Google Sheets. Comfortable with statistics and data manipulation. Experience with data visualization software like Looker or Tableau. Experience with tools such as Mixpanel , Amplitude or GA4. A creative problem solver who knows that the first step is to understand the question. A strong growth mindset and an interest in building out your data skillset with an emphasis on systems thinking. Eager to transform the solutions you create into new tools for the future.
