What to Expect:

The Billing Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that all billable items are submitted in a timely and accurate manner. This role will be under the supervision and guidance of the Team Lead and the Vice President of Finance.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes various types of contracts.
  • Confirm accounts are set up correctly for billing, work orders and other key components.
  • Ensures the timely and accurate processing of billable items per the signed customer contract.
  • Ensures customer master files are updated.
  • Meets various billing deadlines.
  • Initiates and receives calls and emails from internal and external partners pertaining to billing disputes.
  • Review various monthly reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
