Job Purpose Provide strong technical expertise and leadership in Process Development for contact lens manufacturing technology transfer and start-up with main focus on SCADA and automation. Work closely with MTO technical leads and R&D team to ensure successful implementation of contact lens manufacturing technologies. Lead and/or support the DSM Flex team for new product transfer / process development, equipment design, processes optimization and qualifications efforts. To ensure compliance to ISO/FDA, cGMPs, HSE regulatory requirements.
