The Appointment Center Representative is the primary contact with our customers and potential customers. You'll answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to set up sales appointments, contact leads, and follow up on customer questions. You must be a fast-learner, thrive in a busy call-center environment and be efficient at data entry. This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional weekend work on a voluntary basis.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales Appointment Scheduling
    • Answers inbound calls and places outbound calls with the goal to set customer appointments.
    • Schedules appointments to maximize efficiency for the company and the sales reps.
    • Saves appointments when a customer calls to cancel.
    • Meets or exceeds sales lead conversion rates, outbound calling goals and customer contact attempts.
    • Respond to customer emails, texts and other communication.
    • Data-entry.
  • Answer Calls
    • Warmly greets all visitors to the companies and directs them to the appropriate person/location.
    • Serves as the "voice" of the company and represents the company by cheerfully answering the main phone line.
  • Administration
    • Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the company as needed.
  • Tactical Support
    • Ensures all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence is accurate, timely, and completed according to company procedure.
    • Provides tactical support to other departments as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED, some college preferred OR a combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in this field.
  • Previous call center or inbound/outbound calling experience is required.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Skill in operating a personal computer and programs such as Salesforce, Outlook, spreadsheets, database, and word processing software.


Salary Range:

$17.00/hr
