As a

You will utilize your expertise to solve complex problems, address architecture challenges, and propose effective business options. You will collaborate with other application development engineers to manage run-the-business operations and projects from technical design to launch. Additionally, you will work with other teams and internal customers to set expectations, gather input, and communicate results. In this role, you'll: Lead run-the-business operations, projects, and collaborate across engineering teams for company-wide initiatives. Maximize Oracle Fusion Cloud features:

Leverage new Fusion features for Core Financial modules (OM, AR, AP, FA, GL) and ensure project alignment with OKRs. Automation Mindset:

Implement RPA, low-code/no-code tools, and explore AI/ML impact on Finance efficiency. Best of Breed SaaS:

Integrate and maintain Fusion Cloud with Finance SaaS ecosystem. Metrics driven:

Focus on metrics, outcomes, and SOX compliance. Collaborate with diverse minds:

Work with engineers, data scientists, and product managers for timely delivery. Make a tangible impact:

Influence Finance system reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements: Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and other SaaS systems (Zuora, Coupa, Fieldglass, Anaplan, Avalara). At least 9+ years of industry experience as an application development engineer. Good understanding of application development for large organizations and experience in running transformations. Experience in automation, PaaS, and BRE tools (RPA, Workato, Camunda). Exposure to upstream and downstream systems like SalesForce, Databricks. Familiarity with AI/ML and implementation of use cases. Comfortable operating a 24x7 system and driving continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Passion for making a difference every day.
