The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and an eye for style, providing exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting the perfect outfits, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and staying up to date with the latest fashion trends. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are essential. If you have a flair for fashion and love helping others look and feel their best, we would love to hear from youQualifications required:•Previous retail experience preferred•Driven, goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and quickly learn new procedures•Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment•Strong communication skills•Proactive and takes initiative•Passion for fashionEssential Functions:•Deliver excellent customer service consistently•Adhere to all store policies and procedures•Represent and embody the VICI brand•Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor at all times•Ensure the sales floor meets visual standards and is properly stocked and replenished•Maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks•Stay engaged and proactive, constantly finding new ways to add value•Be self-motivated and driven. Maintain a positive, can-do attitudeStore Hours:•Flexibility to work within specific store hours: Wednesday - Sunday from 10am - 7p •Part time: As NeededWorking Conditions and Physical Effort: Standing for long periods of time, heavy customer contact and lifting up to 25 lbs.
