We are seeking a data enthusiast to fill our new CRM Senior Coordinator role. This individual will be responsible for helping the organization optimize data capture, organization, analysis, reporting, and usage. The CRM Senior Coordinator will help improve the usage of and maximize the impact of our CRM system and report on CRM and non-CRM related data analysis and findings to support staff and organizational learning. Responsibilities: Working closely with the Senior Director, Digital Services, the

CRM Senior Coordinator is

responsible for: Lead email preparation, data segmentation, QA, deployment, and post-send reports for staff Assist with quarterly physical mail campaigns including data segmentation, data exports, and coordination with mail house for campaign distribution Maintain clean and accurate CRM data, including resolution of duplicate entries, processing returned mail (physical and email), and researching updated contact information Help identify a replacement for the current CRM system, help lead the transition to the new system, and be a key contributor to the CRM Task Force Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure that customer data is being used effectively to drive business results Provide support and training within the organization on CRM tools, features, and processes Host periodic CRM user training sessions for staff, either with the CRM provider or custom sessions tailored to company needs Provide analysis of CRM campaigns and trends, and make recommendations to the business for enhancing campaign effectiveness through audience segmentation, messaging direction, and contact frequency Provide ongoing non-CRM related data analysis and reporting (e.g. performance dashboards for functions and departments). Other tasks as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, business administration, or related discipline(or equivalent work experience) 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in direct-to-donor, direct-to-professional CRM Strong familiarity with modern CRM systems Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in data management and data manipulation Preferred requirements: Experience with UWNNJ’s current CRM system, Andar Experience migrating data from one CRM system to another Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Google Ads Job Type: Full-time: 35 hours per week Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 salary range Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, 401k match, Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) This job function uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, printer, and photocopiers Hybrid: Primarily remote, some office meetings with staff, board volunteers, vendors, and donors Applicants must have permanent legal authorization to work in the United States.
