How do you excel in this position

Construction Project Administrator is responsible for managing a set of assigned project administrative, logistical support, and financial responsibilities. This role will support financial documentation, project progress status reports, preparation of billing paperwork, and engage with vendor/sub-contractor relations.

What are we looking for:
  • Highschool diploma required
  • One year of related experience required
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Strong communication and customer services skills required
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Additional skills preferred by not required
  • Associate Degree
  • Experience working with projects and/or contract administration in Construction/HVAC industry
