**Role Description** **:** Direct the development, maintenance, and production support of Infor Syteline ERP.

**What will you be responsible for:**

+ Provide Syteline end user support for application usage and troubleshooting.

+ Train users in Syteline application functionality.

+ Provide support for financial and government audits.

+ Assist in design and development of solutions for business needs in Syteline.

Qualifications:

What will you need to be successful in the role:

+ Syteline Application implementation and/or support experience Required

+ Extensive knowledge of Syteline configurations and application functionality - Required

+ Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Required

+ SQL skills in MS-SQL environment Required

+ Experience in collaborating with internal users and external consultants Required

+ Effective collaboration and communication skills Required

+ Experience in design and development of customizations in Syteline - Preferred

+ Bachelors degree in computer science or related field required.
