**Summary** **:** Direct the development, maintenance, and production support of commercial of the shelf applications and systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Design, develop and Upgrade solutions in ERP systems.

+ Train users in application functionality.

+ Provide end user support for application usage and troubleshooting.

+ Maintain effective and collaborative relationships with functional leaders, partnering to develop technology roadmaps that support their strategic missions.

+ Demonstrate the ability to develop solution plans which complete work efficiently and on time by setting priorities, establishing timelines, and leveraging resources.

+ Meet with project stakeholders and DTA personnel to establish good working relationships and trust.

+ Demonstrate consideration of novel solutions to new existing projects.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

+ ERP support/development Infor Syteline Required

+ Application implementation and/or support experience - Required

+ Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Required

+ SQL skills in Oracle environment Desired

+ Bachelors degree in computer science or related field required.
