Key Responsibilities: Product Management: Oversee the product life cycle on our e-commerce platforms, from initial listing to sale and removal. Collaborate with the graphics/visual team to enhance online product presentations. Ensure accurate and consistent product listings across all internal and external platforms.

Inventory Management: Track and update inventory levels, coordinating with the in-store team for re-stocking. Monitor product listings to maintain high-quality presentations, including compelling copy, graphics, and images.

Website and Content Management: Conduct regular website audits to identify and implement improvements. Work closely with the website development team to add new features and technologies. Collaborate with SEO consultants to increase traffic, conversions, and online sales.

User Experience Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in merchandising, on-site search, SEO, and mobile experience. Optimize key site elements like product detail pages and the checkout process.

Digital Marketing and Social Media: Assist with email marketing. Support social media marketing efforts and engage with customers on various platforms. Assist with content creation and writing for marketing materials.

Learning and Development: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the watch and jewelry business. Adapt and grow within the company, with potential to expand into SEO marketing roles.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Shopify. Proficiency in eCommerce. Experience in managing teams and working with external consultants. Strong digital marketing expertise with a track record of driving commercial growth. Proficiency in SEO practices and strong Excel skills. Detail-oriented, internet-savvy, and passionate about marketing. Familiarity with AI. Experience with new platform integrations and selecting service platforms to enhance customer experience. Enthusiasm for social media and content creation. Experience in video editing is a plus.
