Receptionist - Part-Time

Honda of Libertyville is currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for customers and visitors.

Available Hours: Monday through Friday 2pm-8pm and occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.

Answer incoming calls, provide information, and transfer calls to the appropriate party.

Manage the dealership's main email account, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as needed.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's calendar, coordinating with service advisors and sales staff as required.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Collaborate with other departments to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

High school diploma or equivalent.
