Hard Skills
+ Ability to process submittals
+ 2-3 years of experience as a construction project engineer or assistant
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field, or two years of commercial construction experience
+ OSHA training
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and various scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix)
+ Experience with Building Information Modeling
+ Ability to read and understand technical specifications and architectural drawings
