Some essential functions of this position include:Monitor the activity ofRegional FinancialAccount teams and sales regions and provide advice and counsel when and where necessaryDevelop and monitor expense budgets of approximately $500,000 to $1 million with each regional Account ManagerProvide strategic market, product, and competitive input to home office, the sales teams, and service departmentsAchieve assigned business goalsDevelop and implement divisional plans to introduce and support new and existing products and marketing programsSelect, manage and develop a sales and marketing management teamProvide strategic market, product, and competitive input to home officeMonitor the activity of account teams and sales regions and provide advice and counsel when and where necessarySupport our evolution into professional services and facilitateSecuritasbecoming a strategic business partner with our current and new customersSupport and ensure compliance with the ISO processProvide strategic direction for conventions and showsSupport territory coverage plans and provide input to National Account Managers on staff planningManage the maximization of the sale of company hardware and software products within assigned regionAchieve targeted incoming orders and objectivesOversee the management of sales forecasts and provide management reports on a timely basisDevelop and monitor expense budgets for the Central regionDevelop, build, and maintain rapport and favorable relations with our customers. Ensure customers are knowledgeable ofSecuritas's sales and service policiesSupport absorption of additional sales staffingPrioritize sales training needs and sales tool developmentAdvise Vice President of Commercial Sales and home office of competitive developments, new marketing opportunities, and new hardware and software applicationsQualificationsBS/BA degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experienceMust have a successful track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutionsIndividual should have demonstrated project and people management skills and experienceMinimum 5+ year's sales or marketing management experience requiredAt least 5 years outside sales experience preferredProven track record in high sales quota attainmentIndividual should have exhibited skills, characteristics, traits, and work habits that would greatly enhance the likelihood of success as a sales directorMust be PC proficient with working knowledge of various spreadsheet and presentation programsJob Requirements:
