Regional Sales Manager, Oncology: Central Pennsylvania

This role will require extensive travel and some work during the evenings and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities:
Act as the SME for the Oncology portfolio and have an understanding of all Invitae products and services.
Drive revenue and volume in assigned territory with a high degree of accountability, integrity, ownership, and execution.
Sell into targeted markets and understand the competitive landscape to create new opportunities and increase existing business.
Help achieve revenue goals by establishing and prioritizing critical success metrics; conduct regular business reviews and ensure sales attainment align with business goals.
Provide high touch account support, coordinating with service and billing teams to ensure consistent follow up and timely resolution to any issues that arise.
Minimum Requirements:
A passion for sales with a high degree of accountability and integrity.
Proven track record of delivering sales results and growing business in the diagnostic industry.
Comprehensive understanding and experience of industry trends and clear knowledge of assigned territory.
7+ years of healthcare sales experience and substantial experience building relationships and selling complex, value-driven solutions to a variety of healthcare stakeholders including into the C-Suite, across Health Systems and Clinic settings.
