Pay

$17.00-$20.00/hour + performance-based bonus

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally Maintain and cultivate excellent client relations through effective communication and problem-solving skills Establish priorities when handling multiple calls to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution for clients Collaborate and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure services provided meet company standards and generate positive feedback from clients Demonstrate strong teamwork skills by actively participating in team meetings and supporting colleagues when needed Assist in performing daily office duties, such as data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks, to contribute to the smooth operation of the department and overall organization.
