Job Summary:

The Liberty Group is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing apartments at our luxury properties, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Qualification: Greet prospects, qualify them by covering all criteria, and utilize completed guest cards to determine their needs and preferences.
  • Lead Management: Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports, and follow up with prospects to close sales.
  • Unit Preparation: Inspect models and available units, communicate related service needs to the Property Manager, and ensure apartments are ready for residents to move-in on agreed dates.
  • Application Processing: Present and assist prospects in completing applications, secure deposits, and update availability reports.
  • Customer Service: Provide community and apartment tours, communicate product knowledge to client needs, and close sales.
  • Renewals and Retention: Monitor renewals, distribute and follow-up on renewal notices, and gather information about market competition.
  • Professional Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) Required: Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Leasing Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
  • Apartment Software Experience: Familiarity with apartment software is a bonus.
  • Valid ID: Valid ID required.
