Responsibilities Include: Overseeing and managing a project team of energy engineers. Developing and managing project schedules. Developing and managing project budgets. Managing a team that will perform energy assessments to identify energy and cost savings measures (ASHRAE Level 1-3 energy audits) Overseeing utility billing and interval data analysis, and energy benchmarking Overseeing spreadsheet analysis to estimate energy and cost savings of proposed energy efficiency measures (EEMs) Overseeing construction cost estimates for EEMs and determining economic results (e.g., via simple payback period and life cycle cost analysis) Assessing renewable energy potential at client sites Overseeing Measurement & Verification (M&V) activities including data analysis Working with and supporting company design engineers and construction managers to implement energy efficiency projects.
