Position Overview:

As the Plant Controller, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations of our client’s manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and planning, ensuring that financial goals are met and compliance standards are maintained. Additionally, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategies for driving profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting and analysis for the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Partner with operational leaders to drive cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, including recommendations for improving profitability and optimizing resource allocation.

Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to support their professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting principles.

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
