ModMed (odmed.com/company/) is hiring a driven Marketing Traffic and Project Specialist to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Marketing team focused on planning, management, and execution of marketing campaign projects as well as oversight of the day-to-day flow of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to keep marketing projects on schedule to meet tight deadlines in an environment with shifting priorities within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine As our Marketing Traffic Specialist, you will focus on ensuring all projects are being worked on and moved to the next phase of production. Your Role: + Owning assigned specialties and managing the traffic of associated projects, monitoring the flow and progress of projects to ensure they are on schedule, and maintaining complete and accurate information about each project. + Managing the marketing project list, including fielding requests for new projects. + Running the weekly priority meeting for the marketing leadership team, including reviewing the coming week’s schedule and new project requests, and addressing any project concerns. + Communicating acceptance or denial of all new projects to the requestor with reasoning, if applicable. + Assigning resources based on skill and availability to successfully complete marketing projects. + Ensuring feedback and approval of projects are handled and communicated in a timely manner. + Keeping the marketing leadership team apprised of projects in jeopardy of missing deadlines. + Ensuring final projects are stored and cataloged in the appropriate manner and communicated to the appropriate team members. + Overseeing assigned stages in the project lifecycle and associated boards. + Identifying areas for improvement, providing recommendations for streamlining traffic processes and implementing process changes. + Performing special projects as assigned, including but not limited to process and technology improvement, training materials, data entry and research. + Managing large campaigns and event projects which includes leading intake, kick-off and check-in meetings, outlining project scope, managing resources, assigning milestones, troubleshooting and launch announcements. + Working with internal business units and external vendors. + Providing training to new team members on internal processes and how to use our project management system. Skills & Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree, required; Master's Degree, is preferred. + 2+ years of traffic coordination experience in a marketing department or agency. + Superb organizational, recall, and time management skills. + Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality. + Basic understanding of marketing & advertising activities. + Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve questions. + Proactive thinker and problem-solver. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong attention to detail. + Comfortable multitasking and working in an open team atmosphere. + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. + Experience with project management tools is a plus, but not required. #LI-LM1 ModMed Benefits Highlight: At ModMed, we believe it’s important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
