Work Type:Full-timeDepartment:Company StoreDescription & Requirements Come join our family at In-N-Out BurgerIn-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Project Coordinator based in our Baldwin Park, CA location.The Project Coordinator reports to the Merchandise Manager and is responsible for planning and developing new merchandise for the company to be sold at the company stores, via the company website, and provided at company events, as well as, attending offsite events and meetings locally and at times overnight.The individual is responsible for ensuring completion of projects in a timely manner according to deadlines established.General ResponsibilitiesResponsible for existing product enhancements and development of new product.Prepare Request for Proposal, create prototype of new products, and ensure each phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled.Meet milestone deadlines, including making sure pre-production samples are fully vetted to be presented to leadership for approval, product goes to production, and the product is physically on-hand in the Warehouse for timely distribution.Point of contact and communicate project status to all participants involved.Coordinate product development related meetings and timelines with other departments (Travel & Events, Foundation, Marketing, etc.) to meet business needs.Facilitate vendor and IP agreementsPerform other work-related job duties as required.Full-time, Hourly, Non-ExemptPay Range: $27.00 to $30.00/hourlyThe above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition.
