In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for afull-time**Project Coordinator**based in our Baldwin Park, CA location.

The Project Coordinator reports to the Merchandise Manager and is responsible for planning and developing new merchandise for the company to be sold at the company stores, via the company website, and provided at company events, as well as, attending offsite events and meetings locally and at times overnight.The individual is responsible for ensuring completion of projects in a timely manner according to deadlines established.

**General Responsibilities**
- Responsible for existing product enhancements and development of new product.Prepare Request for Proposal, create prototype of new products, and ensure each phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled.
- Meet milestone deadlines, including making sure pre-production samples are fully vetted to be presented to leadership for approval, product goes to production, and the product is physically on-hand in the Warehouse for timely distribution.
- Point of contact and communicate project status to all participants involved.Coordinate product development related meetings and timelines with other departments (Travel Events, Foundation, Marketing, etc.) to meet business needs.
- Facilitate vendor and IP agreements
- Perform other work-related job duties as required.

**Work Schedule + Benefits**
- Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
- Pay Range: $27.00 to $30.00/hourly

- Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in product development or project management
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills along with excellent human relation skills
- Must possess creative and self-starting skills
- Must be self-motivated and work without constant supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and other Project Management related software
